Goal 8 ensures provision of recreation facilities to the citizens of the state. The proposed designation will not ira_pact provision of recreation facilities, Access to recreation opportunities, including a future City park localed north of the subject property, and west of Grand Cayman, will not be affected as a result of the proposed amendment.
