<br />7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING and <br /> MEETING OF THE EUGENE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY <br /> <br /> Council Chamber, City Hall <br /> <br /> <br />1.PUBLIC FORUM <br /> <br /> Mayor: <br />The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the <br />City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have <br />already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, <br />please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward <br />if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow <br />light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. <br />The red light indicates the end of three minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Approval of Tentative Working Agenda <br /> <br /> Council President: <br /> I move to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br /> Roll Call Vote <br /> <br />The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the <br />Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />3.PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION: <br /> Resolution 1043 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene <br /> Adopting the Budget, Making Appropriations, and Declaring the Amount <br /> of Tax to be Certified for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2007, and <br /> Ending June 30, 2008 <br /> <br /> Manager: <br /> Introduces topic, presents background information. <br /> Mayor opens the public hearing: <br /> Those wishing to speak during the Public <br />Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information <br />desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing.
