ATTACHMENT A <br />Sidewalk section <br />. That portion of the driveway approach lying between the <br />back edge of the sidewalk and the apron plus the end slopes measured at <br />the front edge of the sidewalk. <br /> <br />Single ownership <br />. <br />(a) A parcel of land under one ownership. <br />(b) A parcel of land under 15-year lease or longer, operated under <br />separate management. <br />(c) A group of separately owned parcels operated under group <br />management. <br />(d) Adjacent parcels under one ownership.] <br /> <br /> <br />Section 26. <br /> Subsection (4) of Section 7.405 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />amended to provide: <br />7.405 Driveways - Prohibited Locations, Special Requirements and <br />Revocation <br />. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> If a parcel has frontage on [both a local residential street and an arterial <br />or collector street] two or more streets of different street <br />classifications, where practical, the driveway shall access only the <br />[local residential] street with the lowest classification. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 27. <br /> Subsection (4) of Section 7.407 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />deleted, and Subsections (5) and (6) are renumbered (4) and (5) respectively, and the <br />new Subsection (5) is amended to provide: <br />7.407 Equivalent Street Assessment <br />. <br /> <br />[(4) <br /> A person who receives a permit for a parcel to take access from a <br />street in addition to the street from which the parcel takes primary <br />access shall pay an access fee in an amount to be determined by the <br />city engineer.] <br />(5) <br />4 In lieu of paying the equivalent assessment at the time of issuance of <br />the curb cut permit or upon the occurrence of one of the events <br />described in section 7.175(5)(d) 1-4, except where the development <br />involves creation of a subdivision, the person obligated to pay the <br />equivalent assessment may execute and deliver to the finance officer <br />an agreement to pay the equivalent assessment in installments.
