• Councilor Taylor -stated she does not believe the STR Ad -Hoc Committee should include <br />individuals with a financial interest in STRs; considers the topic urgent because STRs are <br />taking housing stock from residents who wish to rent or buy, with damaging effect. <br />• Councilor Zelenka - suggested letting what the City Manager has already set in place play <br />out; does not consider the STR topic a high priority. <br />4.
