Mayor Vinis opened the public hearing Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. <br />Testimony <br />John Barofsky - discussed the Riverfront project finances. <br />Mayor Vinis closed the public hearing and adjourned the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency meeting. <br />Mayor Vinis opened the Eugene City Council meeting. <br />8. PUBLIC HEARING and ACTION: An Ordinance Adopting Hazardous Substance User Fees and <br />Providing for an Immediate Effective Date. <br />City Manager Pro Tern Sarah Medary introduced the item and gave background about the Public <br />Hearing topic. <br />Mayor Vinis opened the public hearing of the Eugene City Council. <br />Testimony: No one signed up to provide testimony. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Semple, seconded by Councilor Yeh, moved to adopt an <br />Ordinance Adopting Hazardous Substance User Fees and Providing for an Immediate <br />Effective Date.
