The motion passed <br />unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson announced that the council would consider Council Bill 4683, adoption of <br />an ordinance levying assessments for paving, curbs, gutter, sidewalks, and storm <br />sewers on Brickley Road from Debrick Road to Hammock Street, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />Mr. Meisner moved, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, that Council Bill 4683, with <br />unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by council bill number only, <br />and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote. The motion passed <br />unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson announced that the council would consider Council Bill 4683 by number <br />only. <br /> <br />Mr. Meisner moved, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, that Council Bill 4683 be approved <br />and given final passage.
