Table 4-10 contains the <br />overall system planning scores, ranked from highest to lowest. Drinking water, <br />transportation and public safety received the highest total scores based on this <br />assessment, suggesting they should be considered for prioritization for hazard <br />mitigation activities in Eugene and Springfield. The absolute numbers do not imply <br />greater or lesser significance. Rather, the numbers should be used to provide a method <br />to rank sectors in comparison with each other. <br />4-15 January 2020 <br />
