What was accomplished for this project during this reporting period (2015 <br />2020)? <br />A Flood Insurance Program is maintained by the City of Eugene. The City of <br />Springfield has been working to advance their program. <br />2. What obstacles, problems, or delays did the project encounter? <br />Federal partners are necessary to complete this project, and their timelines are <br />often delayed due to other projects on emergencies within the United States. <br />3. If uncompleted, is the project still relevant? Should the project be changed or <br />revised? <br />This project is considered complete for the City of Eugene. This project is being <br />restructured to address specific locations flood maps are believed to be incorrect <br />or outdated using Risk Map funds thus it is being combined with action item <br />#10: Flood Maps from the 2014 NIIMP. <br />4.
