Nikolai Serban - supported reallocation of police funding to strengthen CAHOOTS and White Bird. <br />18. Chelsea Swift - shared examples of police brutality and injustice. <br />19. Cliff Gray - discussed the imminent increase in homeless numbers; opposed use of chemical agents. <br />20. Elijah Smith - supported defunding the police and reallocating money for other services. <br />21. Sara Wolk - supported STAR Voting, bold leadership and the ballot initiative process. <br />22. Lin Woodrich - said the neighborhood homeless shelters are effective; more support needed. <br />23.
