Reimbursement fee revenue may be spent only on capital <br />improvements associated with the systems for which the fees are assessed and debt related to such <br />improvements. Revenue from both types of fees may be expended on direct costs of complying with <br />related state statutes. <br />3.0 Transportation System <br />The Transportation Systems Development Charge (SDC) is made up of several components. The <br />costs of these components include the total cost of design, construction, right-of-way acquisition, <br />purchasing, testing, and project administration. The components included in this analysis are: <br />Collector and arterial streets <br />➢ Non -assessable linear section construction costs, including, but not limited to, on - <br />street bike lanes and greenways <br />➢ Intersection construction costs <br />➢ Traffic signal costs <br />➢ Street light costs <br />➢ Bridge and other structure construction costs <br />Off-street bicycle and multi -use paths <br />➢ Path construction costs <br />➢ Path light costs <br />The cost impacts of new development on these components are allocated on the basis of p.m. peak <br />City of Eugene SDC Methodologies - General Methodology <br />Page 11 <br />
