ORDINANCE NO. 20230 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 20225 TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST <br />1~ 2001. <br /> <br /> THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section L Section 4 of Ordinance No. 20225 passed by the City Council and approved by <br />the Mayor on February 26, 2001 is amended to provide: <br /> <br /> Section 4~ Notwithstanding the effective date of ordinances as provided in the <br /> Eugene Charter of 1976, it is necessary to further the orderly implementation of the new <br /> provisions and procedures adopted herein that this Ordinance become effective August 1, <br /> 2001. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
