Section 6. Subsection (2) of Section 9~2173 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended, and a <br /> <br />new Subsection (11) is added thereto, to provide: <br /> <br />9,2173 COmmercial Zone Development Standards - Large Commercial Facilities. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Application of Standards. In addition to the standards of EC 9~2170 <br />Cornmercial Zone Development Standards - General,, the standards in this <br />section apply to any new building with 25,000 square feet or more of floor area, <br />and the portion of the development site specifically affected by the new <br />building. <br /> <br />(11) Adjustments. Adjustments to the standards in this section may be made, based <br /> on criteria at EC 9.8030(6) Large Commercial Facilities Standards Adjustment, <br /> <br />Section 7. A new Subsection (7) is added to Section 9.2175 of the Eugene Code, 1971, to <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br />9;2175 <br /> <br />Commercial Zone Development Standards - Large Multi-Tenant Commercial <br />Facilities. <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />Adjustments. Adjustments to the standards in this section may be made, based <br />on criteria at EC 9.8030(7) Large Multi-tenant Commercial Facilities Standards <br />Adjustment. <br /> <br />Section 8, The font size for the entries folloMng the "Average Width Minimum (1)" caption <br /> <br />in Table 9.2180 are amended to correspond to the font size for the other like entries in the Table. <br /> <br />SeCtion 9, Table 9.2460 is amended by deleting the line titled "Landscape Standards <br /> <br />and renumbering the references to the remaining standards (7) through (13) to (6) through (12). <br /> <br />SectiOn 1O. Table 9.2461(8) is amended to provide: <br /> <br />9,2461 S~ecial Development Standards for Table 9.2460. <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />Outdoor Merchandise Display. Outdoor display' of goods is permitted in all <br />industrial zones except M. The setbacks and landscaping standards for outdoor <br />merchandise display- are stated in Table 9~2461 (8) Outdoor Storage and Display- <br />Setbacks and Landscaping. <br /> <br />Ordinance ~ 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
