H. The Eugene Zoning Map and Overlay- Zone Map for the Old Fire Station #2 <br />properiy located at 1045 West First Avenue, described as Map 17-04-25-41, Tax Lot #01500, is <br />amended i¥om Public Land to S-W, Whiteaker Special Area Zone with/SR, Site Review Overlay <br />Zone, as depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
