adoption of a new Public Facilities and Services Element, as set forth in Parts III and IV of Exhibit <br />B attached and incorporated herein are adopted. <br /> <br /> Sec~ti. on 6~ Although not a part of this Ordinance~ the Council adopts Legislative Findings <br />set fbrth in the attached Exhibit C, which findings are supported by the April 1999 Technical <br />Background Report: Existing Conditions and Alternatives which are incorporated herein and made <br />part of the Technical Supplement to the Metro Plan by this refbrence in support of this action. <br /> <br /> ~ection _7_~ An ordinance containing identical provisions to this was adopted by the <br />Sp mgfield C~ty Council on November 5, 2001 and by the Lane County Board of Commissioners <br />on October 14, 2001.
