Section 2. This Resolution is effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council. <br />The annexation and the automatic rezoning of the land pursuant to EC 9.7820(3) from R-1 Low - <br />Density Residential with /UL Urbanizable Land Overlay to R -I Low -Density Residential shall <br />become effective in accordance with State law. <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the qday of September, 2020. <br />"'&tL IAJWt <br />City Recorder <br />
