<br />3.3.4 Water and sewage <br />Water is provided by Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB). The total annual water usage cost in 2015 for <br />the Airport was $565. The total annual sewage usage cost in 2015 for the Airport was $304. <br />3.4 HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) <br />SYSTEMS <br />Cooling for the Administration Building is provided by three DX split system units with heating and <br />cooling coil. <br /> <br />Heating for the Administration Building space is provided by gas fired FAF with duct and air grille. <br />Ventilation is provided by thermostatic controlled wall mounted exhaust fans with intake air louver, <br />motorized dampers and filters. <br /> <br />There is no Building Automation System (BAS). <br /> <br /> <br />DX SPLIT SYSTEM-OUTDOOR UNIT <br />DX SPLIT SYSTEM-INDOOR UNIT <br /> <br />3.5 LIGHTING SYSTEMS <br /> <br />The Administration Building lighting types and lighting levels are listed in Table 4. The lighting levels <br />measured in most areas meet IES standards. There is no overall building lighting control system for <br />automatically shutting down lights based on time of day or other controls. There are several areas with <br />large windows which provide an opportunity for daylight harvesting. There are several areas under-lit due <br />to fixtures with poor or no optics. Many areas do not take advantage of ceiling reflectance to increase the <br />light levels. <br /> <br />Also dull and non-reflective finishes reduce the lighting effectiveness. <br /> <br /> <br /> ASHRAE LEVEL 1 ENERGY AUDIT ADMINISTRATION 14 <br /> <br />
