Install occupancy sensors in vacancy sensing mode to control lighting in: <br />a. Conference room <br />b. Offices <br />3. Replace or retrofit CFL exit signs with LED type in the buildings. Existing signs use CFLs. <br />4. Replace existing T8 fixtures with LED volumetric fixture in: <br />a. Conference room <br />b. Offices <br />c. Rest rooms <br />5. Provide lighting control system to control all lighting. <br />6. Install dimming control with LED light fixtures for conference rooms. <br />7. Replace exterior incandescent and CLF fixtures with LED. <br /> <br />HVAC UCOs <br />1. As originally designed is based on time-clock schedule controls. There are many levels of BAS <br />systems which can more closely monitor actual requirements of the HVAC systems and <br />coordinate these requirements of all of the systems to optimize operation and reduce energy <br />consumption. <br />2. Test and Balance entire HVAC system. <br />3. Replace DX split system with energy recovery type VRF systems. <br /> <br />Building Envelope UCOs <br />1. Replace damaged or missing door seals at gate doors. <br /> <br />Plumbing UCOs <br />1.
