Replace metal halide fixtures with LED and implement continuous daylight harvesting in these <br />areas. <br />2. Install occupancy sensor controls in restrooms. <br />3. Install occupancy sensors in vacancy sensing mode to control lighting in: <br />a. Conference room <br />b. Offices <br />c. Kitchen <br />d. Walk-in coolers and freezers <br />4. Replace or retrofit existing CFL exit signs with LED type in the buildings. <br />5. Retrofit existing T12, incandescent, and some T8 fixtures with LED fixture in: <br />a. Kitchen <br />b. Restaurant <br />c. Concessions <br />d. Hold rooms <br />6. Install daylight sensor and control system for perimeter lights in holding rooms. Provide lighting <br />control system to control all lighting. <br />7. Install dimming LED light fixture inserts for conference rooms. Use long life LED fixtures with <br />directional optics in soffit areas. <br />8. In landside entry, replace metal halide fixtures with LED spot light fixtures that can be aimed away <br />from the <br />some down light in these areas. <br />9. Replace apron lights with LED fixtures. <br />10. Require concessions to use LED in all space modifications. <br /> <br />HVAC UCOs <br />1. Replace existing electronic digital thermostats with programmable thermostats. Recommend <br />seven day programmable type. Recommend setback temperatures of 78 cooling, 65 heating. <br />Occupancy sensors interlocked with the thermostats could provide additional savings. <br /> <br />Building Envelope UCOs <br />1. Replace damaged or missing door seals at gate doors. <br /> <br />Plumbing UCOs <br />1.
