Mr. Papd said a focus on nodal development was imperative. He was encouraged by the success of the parks <br />and open spaces measure, saying it would certainly relieve some of the traffic congestion. <br /> <br />Ms. Childs indicated that the report will be presented to the other jurisdictions and staff would develop a <br />consolidated memo on all the questions raised during the series of work sessions.
