<br /> Pollution Authority for a three-year term ending December 31, 2002. The

<br />The council considered nominations to the Toxics Board.

<br /> to Position 3 on the Toxics Board for a three-year term ending January 22,
<br /> 2003, and to appoint Clyde Carson to Position 6 on the Toxics Board for a
<br /> three-year term ending January 22, 2003. The motion passed unanimously,
<br /> 7:0.

<br />Mr. Johnson reported that the Riverfront Research Park Commission had recommended adoption
<br />of the termination agreement between the University of Oregon and the City, and dissolution of the
<br />commission. Given that, staff did not recommend reappointment of those commissioners.
