The motion passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />The council considered nominations to the Historic Review Board. <br /> <br /> Mr. Meisner moved, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, to appoint Christine Taylor <br /> Thompson, 2195 Olive Street, Eugene, to fill the unexpired term of Elizabeth <br /> Carter, Position 3, on the Historic Review Board, ending May 21, 2000. The <br /> motion passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />The council considered nominations to the Lane Regional Air Pollution Authority. <br /> Mr. Meisner moved, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, to reappoint Al Carl <br /> Johnson, 4995 Center Way, Eugene, to Position 3 on the Lane Regional Air <br /> Pollution Authority for a three-year term ending December 31, 2002. The <br /> motion passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />The council considered nominations to the Toxics Board. <br /> <br /> Mr. Meisner moved, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, to reappoint Mary ©'Brien <br /> to Position 3 on the Toxics Board for a three-year term ending January 22, <br /> 2003, and to appoint Clyde Carson to Position 6 on the Toxics Board for a <br /> three-year term ending January 22, 2003. The motion passed unanimously, <br /> 7:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson reported that the Riverfront Research Park Commission had recommended adoption <br />of the termination agreement between the University of Oregon and the City, and dissolution of the <br />commission.
