Linda Lu, 2746 Kincaid Street, said she was concerned that the City was unable to move out of <br />its "crisis mode." She said she appreciated Police Chief Leonard Cooke, that she wished she <br />had been present for the June 1 incident, and that she believed the current crisis in City <br />government was a fallout of the incident. She said she supported programs of the Campbell <br />Community Center and was concerned that the City Council had not paid adequate attention to <br />the letter writing campaign launched to support it. She said she was opposed to the <br />development of a public safety center at 2na Avenue and Chambers. <br /> <br /> U. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> A.
