Responding to a question from Ms. Swanson Gribskov regarding the needed funding for the <br />remainder of the fiscal year, Public Works Department Director Christine Andersen said that the <br />amount was approximately $15,000. <br /> <br /> The motion passed unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br /> V. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM HEARINGS OFFICIAL <br /> AND PASSAGE OF AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS ON KINGSLEY <br /> ROAD <br /> <br /> Mr. Fart moved, seconded by Mr. Tollenaar, to approve the Hearings Official <br /> Findings and Recommendations of April 3, 1998. Roll call vote; the motion <br /> passed unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br /> CB 4645--An ordinance levying assessments for paving, curbs, gutters, <br /> sidewalks, storm sewers, and street lighting conduit on Kingsley Road from <br /> Goodpasture Island Road to 1,000 feet west; and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fart moved, seconded by Mr. Tollenaar, that the bill, with the unanimous <br /> consent of the council, be read the second time by council bill number only, <br /> and that enactment by considered at this time.
