She pointed out that she seconded the motion because it was <br />part of the office of council vice president. <br /> <br />Roll call vote; the vote was a tie, 4:4; councilors Poling, Pryor, Solomon, and Clark voting <br />in favor and councilors Zelenka, Taylor, Ortiz, and Bettman voting in opposition.
