At the time of <br />planting, deciduous trees used for replacement must have a <br />minimum diameter of 2 inches and evergreen trees used for <br />replacement must be a minimum of 6 feet in height as <br />measured according to the 2014 edition of the American <br />Standard for Nursery Stock (ANSI Z60.1), published by the <br />American Nursery and Landscape Association. Maintenance <br />of replacement trees is the ongoing responsibility of the <br />removed because it is dead, diseased, dying, or hazardous, <br />hazardous condition by a certified arborist must be provided <br />to the City prior to tree removal. The tree must be replaced <br />with one replacement tree selected from the approved <br />species list in Table 9.6885(2)(d)2.
