The URA acquired approximately 16.5 acres of land from <br />EWEB in order to facilitate the property’s development. As part of preparing the property for <br />development, the URA submitted, and the City approved, a subdivision plat (the Plat of Town <br />Run). As part of the new subdivision, the URA dedicated new rights-of-way for a street network <br />throughout the subdivision.
