(10) The ease of enforcing the provisions of this chapter; and 1. City staff prefer to establish parking time limits rather than prohibit parking entirely. However, Parking Fund financial instability means that there are limited staff resources available to enforce parking time limits. ii. Prohibiting parking on portions of the street and establishing commercial parking only on portions of the street would be necessary until funding and resources are available at an undetermined time in the future to enforce parking with time limits. (11) The availability of other parking spaces. i. Parking is available on adjacent private property . 11. Commercial vehicle parking will remain available on the street. On the basis of these findings, I order that: The only on-street parking that shall be permitted on Willow Creek Circle west of Willow Creek Road shall be commercial parking related to a commercial or industrial use on the adjacent property, and only in the green areas of Willow Creek Circle shown on the attached Exhibit A to this Order. This more specifically described as follows: a. Only commercial parking shall be permitted at all times: 1. On the north side of Willow Creek Circle from the intersection of Willow Creek Circle and Willow Creek Road , continuing west approximately 720 feet; and 2. On the south side of Willow Creek Circle from the intersection of Willow Creek Circle and Willow Creek Road, continuing west approximately 275 feet, resuming at approximately 450 west of the intersection with Willow Creek Road and continuing west again to approximately 645 feet west of the same intersection. No parking of any kind shall be permitted on areas of Willow Creek Circle west of Willow Creek Road not addressed in section a. '1V'. Dated and effective this 1i_ day of August, 2021.
