Section19. Subsection (g) is added to subsection (1) of Section 9.3626of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, to provide as follows: <br />9.3626 Special Development Standards for Table 9.3625. <br />(1) Density. For purposes of determining the maximum allowable dwellings on a <br />lot: <br />(g) Accessory dwellings are not subject to the provisions of (1) and shall not <br />be considered within the calculations of dwellings or bedrooms in <br />subsections (1)(a) through (f) above. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 20.
