Standards and Guidelines for Eugene Streets, Sidewalks, Bikeways and Accessways and the Eugene Local Street Plan to allow for sidewalks in the Crest Drive Area to have a 4’ minimum width. G. On April 14, 2008, the City Council passed a motion directing the City Manager to return to Council an ordinance classifying all of the streets within the geographic boundaries of the Crest Drive Area as Local streets. Based on Council’s motion, the streets within the Crest Drive Area should be classified as Local Streets, as specifically shown on Exhibit A attached hereto. Now, therefore, based on the above findings, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The 1999 Street Classification Map is hereby amended to classify the streets within the geographic boundaries of the Crest Drive Area in the manner shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto. Section 2. The 1999 Street Classification Map is hereby amended to remove the shading that identifies the Crest Drive Area boundary and the corresponding language related thereto in the legend of the 1999 Map. Section 3 . Except as amended herein, the 1999 Street Classification Map, adopted by Ordinance No. 20181, remains in full force and effect. To the extent any street classification contained in Exhibit A conflicts with a classification contained in any other ordinance, resolution, order or plan, except local streets in the Eugene Local Street Plan, the classification in Exhibit A controls.
