the city manager as provided by section 2.020 of this code. <br />Section 15. Subsection (2) of Section 9.690 of the Eugene Code, 1911, <br />is amended to provide: <br />9.690 Site Plan Review Procedure. <br />(2) A lication submit±ai. An application and related information <br />shall be submitte y the applicant, in the manner prescribed by the city, <br />together with a fee established by the city manager as provided by section <br />2.020 of this code. <br />Section 16. Section 9.700 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to pro- <br />vide: <br />9.700 A lication. A conditional use permit application and related in- <br />orm~ ation shall be submitted by the applicant, as prescribed by the <br />city, together with the fee established by the city manager as provided by <br />section 2.020 of this code. <br />Section 17. All currently imposed fees affected by this Ordinance, <br />whether set by ordinance, resolution or administrative action, are ratified <br />and shall remain in effect until changed under the procedures set forth ~in <br />Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1911. Those portions of ordinances, reso- <br />lutions and administrative orders establishing such currently imposed fees <br />are hereby repealed, effective as of the date of adoption of an administrative <br />order changing the fees that are the subject thereof. <br />Section 18. The City Recorder, at the request of or with the concurrence <br />of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference <br />errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to <br />the provisions amended or added herein. <br />Section 19.
