the city manager as provided by section 2.020 of this code. Section 15. Subsection (2) of Section 9.690 of the Eugene Code, 1911, is amended to provide: 9.690 Site Plan Review Procedure. (2) A lication submit±ai. An application and related information shall be submitte y the applicant, in the manner prescribed by the city, together with a fee established by the city manager as provided by section 2.020 of this code. Section 16. Section 9.700 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to pro- vide: 9.700 A lication. A conditional use permit application and related in- orm~ ation shall be submitted by the applicant, as prescribed by the city, together with the fee established by the city manager as provided by section 2.020 of this code. Section 17. All currently imposed fees affected by this Ordinance, whether set by ordinance, resolution or administrative action, are ratified and shall remain in effect until changed under the procedures set forth ~in Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1911. Those portions of ordinances, reso- lutions and administrative orders establishing such currently imposed fees are hereby repealed, effective as of the date of adoption of an administrative order changing the fees that are the subject thereof. Section 18. The City Recorder, at the request of or with the concurrence of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions amended or added herein.
