Administrative Order - Page 30 of 30 <br />(2) 2, if the responsible person reasonably should have known the action <br />constituted a violation. <br /> <br />(3) 3, if through a previous attempt by the city to obtain voluntary <br />correction or issuance of an order to correct or a notice of civil violation, <br />enforcement actions, permitting, licensing, or other means, the responsible person <br />had been informed that the action constituted a violation or if the violation was <br />otherwise knowing or intentional. <br /> <br />5. A person against whom a penalty has been imposed may appeal the decision <br />according to the procedures described in Section 2.018 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />6. A person against whom a penalty has been assessed must pay the penalty within <br />fifteen days of notice from the City. After the fifteenth day, interest will accrue on unpaid amounts. <br /> <br />7. Failure to pay penalties imposed by the City for violations of these Rules is grounds <br />for revocation of a license. <br /> <br />8.
