Sommers, Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />Subject: Scrivener Error Correction to Administrative Order No. 53-21-07-F <br /> <br /> <br />It has come to our attention that transcription errors exist in Administrative Order No. 53- <br />21-07-F, adopted on December 21, 2021, and amending the Solid Waste, Yard Debris, Food <br />Waste, Organics, and Recycling Collection Administrative Rule R-3.250. <br /> <br /> Administrative Order No. 53-21-07-F includes four incorrectly transcribed references to <br />Administrative Order No. 53-20-11-F, the Administrative Order that adopted the previous Rule <br />amendments. Administrative Order No. 53-20-11-F is incorrectly transcribed as Administrative <br />Order No. 53-19-11-F in the title of Administrative Order No. 53-21-07-F. Additionally, references <br />to Administrative Order No. 53-20-11-F are incorrectly transcribed as Administrative Order No. <br />53-20-22-F in paragraph A, and Sections 2 and 3 of Administrative Order No. 53-21-07-F. <br /> <br />Please effect a scrivener error correction to correct the transcription errors and attach a <br />copy of this memo to Administrative Order No. 53-21-07-F. <br /> <br />
