ORDINANCE NO. /7 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING WATER SERVICE EXTENSIONS, <br />ADDING SECTION 2.212 AND AMENDING SECTION 7.050 OF <br />THE EUGENE CODE, 1971, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
