Section Z. The Metro Plan Diagram land use designation of the property identified <br />as Map 17-02-31, Tax Lots 300 and 700 is amended from "Heavy Industrial" and "Ifight- <br />Medium Industrial" to a combination of "Medium Density Residential," "Light-Medium <br />Industrial" and "Commercial," as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br />Section 3.
