ORDINANCE N0. 1~7$ ?~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION ZZI.770 OF OREGON REVISED <br />STATUTES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ending June <br />30, 1992, elects to receive distribution of funds from State Revenue Sharin <br />9 <br />pursuant to Oregan Revised Statutes Section 221.170. <br />Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby directed to file a copy of this <br />Ordinance with the Executive Department of the State of Oregon as rescribed <br />b Ore on Revised S p <br />y g tatutes Section 221.110. <br />Section 3.
