Membershi of construction code board of a eal s. The construction code board of appeals shall consist of eight ~8} members nominated by the mayor and appai nted by the council. The eight board members shall consist of: a licensed professional engineer, architect, bui 1 di ng contractor or sup- eri ntendent of bui 1 di ng construction, electrical contractor, an Oregon 1 i censed engineer with electrical speciality, p1 umb- i ng contractor, mechanical ~heati ng and venti l ati one contrac- tor, and Oregon 1 i censed engineer with mechanical speciality.
