ORDINANCE N0. 19798 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SELECTION OF MUNICIPAL COURT <br />JURORS; AND AMENDING SECTION 2.190 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br />1911. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~1} of Section 2.190 of the Eugene Code, 1911, <br />is amended to provide: <br />x.790 Munici al Caurt -Selection of Jurors. <br />~ 1 ~ Except as provided i n this sect i an, selection of jurors i n <br />municipal court shall be governed by the general laws of the state appl icab1e <br />to Oust~ces' courts.
