ORDINANCE N0. 19802
<br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TAXES AND USER FEES IN THE
<br />DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; REPEALING SECTIONS 3.100,
<br />3.105, 3.115, 3.120, 3.130, 3.135, 3.140, 3.141, 3.142,
<br />3.143, 3.144, 3.745, 3.14fi, 3.150, 3.155, 3.160, 3.1b5,
<br />AND 3.161 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1911; AMENDING SECTION
<br />3.990 OF THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. Sections 3.100, 3.105, 3.115, 3.120, 3.130, 3.135, 3.140,
<br />3.141, 3.142, 3.143, 3.144, 3.745, 3.146, 3.150, 3.155, 3.1fi0, 3.165, and
<br />3.761 of the Eugene Cade, 1911, ~r~e repealed.
<br />Sect i an 2 . Section 3.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971, i s amended by re w
<br />pealing Subsection (2) thereof and renumbering the present Subsection (3)
<br />to ~2}, to provide:
<br />3.990 Penal ti es -Specific.
<br />~ 1 } - Vi o~l~~ati on o~f sections 3.115 tv 3.145 i s punishable by fine
<br />not to exceed $1000.00.
<br />~2} Violation of sections 3.115 and 3.812 is punishable by a fine
<br />not to exceed X500 or confinement in jail not to exceed 100 days, or both
<br />fine and imprisonment .
<br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall nat affect any offense or act committed
<br />or done, any penalty or forfeiture incurred, any judgment, prosecut i an, sui t
<br />or proceeding occurring prior to or pending at the time this Ordinance i s
<br />enacted which has a bas i s i n the provisions amended ar repealed herein,
<br />Section 4. The City Recorder, at the request of , ar with the concur-
<br />rence of the City Attorney, may administratively correct any reference errors
<br />contained herein or i n other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911, to the pro-
<br />visions added, amended or repealed herein.
<br />Section 5. That the matters contained herein concern the public welfare
