Staff recommends approval of the assessment <br />distribution. <br />A hearing regarding the above assessment was scheduled for October 22, 1991 at 6:44 P.M, in <br />the First Floor Conference Room of City Fall II. No persons appeared in regard to that <br />hearing, <br />Based upon the information provided by the City Engineer, the Hearings flff~cial finds that the <br />assessments for this project have been calculated in accordance with Eugene Code.
