Private Drive~rays <br />When the o~~ner of a property has applied for and has constructed hi s <br />driveway to street grades designed by the City, no adjustment to hi s <br />drive should be required. When the proposed street grade i s changed <br />by the C~ ty and the dri ve w~ l l not match the new grades, then the <br />drive adjustment cost i s paid by the City. All drives not construc- <br />ted to City established grades are recon strutted as required, and <br />the of fected property i s assessea directly for the asphal t or <br />concrete replacement. Crushed rack and grading are "prorated". <br />~ .
