ORDINANCE N0. ~~I~'/l <br />AN ORDINANCE ADAPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY 4F EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1991, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1992; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sectian 1. That the supplemental budget far the City 4f Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the year beginning July 1, 1991, and ending June 34, 1992, as set forth <br />in Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
