This supplemental budget was <br />published in accordance with ORS 294.480 ~3}. <br />Section 4. This ordinance, in accordance with OR5 294.4So~3}, does <br />". .. no au orize any increased levy of taxes," and appropriations for <br />this supplemental budget shall be funded from previously uncommitted revenue. <br />Section 5.
