ORDINANCE NO. i ~1 `~ 3 ~ An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: Pleasant Hi wa Dorroh Ranch: That portion of Pleasant Highway established in the Dorroh Ranch Road Dedication as retarded in Baok 236, Page 156, Paragraph l0, and Book 236, Page 157, Paragraph 15, Lane County Deed Records, being more particularly described as follows: Beginniiag at the westerly terminus of that portion of Pleasant Highway vacated by City of Eugene Vacation Ordinance # 19733, Reception #9129506, Lane Cuonty Oregon Deed Records, and running thence in a generally westerly and southerly direction to the east margin of North Shasta Loop as located by survey filed in Lane County Surveyor's office, survey file number D-329. aLSO: Southern Hei ts: That portion of Pleasant Highway dedicated on the plat of Southern Heights, Baok 6, Page 35, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, being more particularly described as: Begirming at the westerly terminus of that portion of Pleasant Highway vacated by City of Eugene Vacation Ordinance # 19733, Reception #9129506, Lane County Oregon Deed Records, and running thence in a generally westerly and southerly direction to the east margin of North Shasta Loop as located by survey filed in Lane Canty Surveyor's office, survey file number D-329. City of Eugene, SV 92- OOl} an the 2nd day of March, 1992, the City Council of the City of Eugene by Motion duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 13th day of April, 1992, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described street. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation. All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the ordinance - 1
