ORDINANCE NO. i ~1 `~ 3 ~ <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: <br />Pleasant Hi wa <br />Dorroh Ranch: That portion of Pleasant Highway established in the Dorroh <br />Ranch Road Dedication as retarded in Baok 236, Page 156, Paragraph l0, <br />and Book 236, Page 157, Paragraph 15, Lane County Deed Records, being <br />more particularly described as follows: Beginniiag at the westerly terminus <br />of that portion of Pleasant Highway vacated by City of Eugene Vacation <br />Ordinance # 19733, Reception #9129506, Lane Cuonty Oregon Deed <br />Records, and running thence in a generally westerly and southerly direction <br />to the east margin of North Shasta Loop as located by survey filed in Lane <br />County Surveyor's office, survey file number D-329. <br />aLSO: <br />Southern Hei ts: That portion of Pleasant Highway dedicated on the plat <br />of Southern Heights, Baok 6, Page 35, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, <br />being more particularly described as: Begirming at the westerly terminus of <br />that portion of Pleasant Highway vacated by City of Eugene Vacation <br />Ordinance # 19733, Reception #9129506, Lane County Oregon Deed <br />Records, and running thence in a generally westerly and southerly direction <br />to the east margin of North Shasta Loop as located by survey filed in Lane <br />Canty Surveyor's office, survey file number D-329. City of Eugene, SV 92- <br />OOl} <br />an the 2nd day of March, 1992, the City Council of the City of Eugene by Motion <br />duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 13th day <br />of April, 1992, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and <br />place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above <br />described street. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the <br />Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the <br />ordinance - 1 <br />
