ORDINANCE NO. t ~ s a ~ <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: <br />Green Acres Road: A parcel of land lying in the Northeast quarter of <br />section 18, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, <br />and being a portion of Green Acres Road, also known as Dugald Campbell <br />Road, as said road abuts that property conveyed by deed to Trygve Vik, and <br />recorded in Ree1532, Reception No. 47634 of Lane County Oregon Deed <br />Records, the said parcel being that portion of said Road lying south of the <br />south right of way line of Green Acres Road as said Raad, being 80.0 feet <br />in width, has been relocated, which centerline is described as follows: <br />Beginning at Engineer's Centerline Station L 18+ 36,12 P.C., said Station <br />being 345.68 feet North and 1626.76 feet East of the Southwest corner of the <br />Daniel S. Snelling Donation Land Claim No. 41 in Section l8, Township 17 <br />South, Range 3 'West of the Willamette Meridian; run thence along a curve <br />to the left having a radius of 409,26 feet the long chord of which bears <br />South 76 ° 50' 07" East 259.72 feet} a distance of 264.29 feet to Engineer's <br />Centerline Station L 2l + X0.41 P.T., all in Eugene, Lane County, Gregon. <br />The bearings used herein are based on the Oregon State Coordinate System, <br />South zone. (City of Eugene, SV 92-002} <br />RESERVING herein an easement for public utility purposes over, under, and <br />across the above described property, and the right to enter thereupon far <br />purposes of construction, reconstruction and maintenance. <br />4n the 2nd day of March, 1992, the City Council of the City of Eugene by Motion <br />duly passed, called a public hearing to be held at 7:34 p.m., Pacific Time on the 13th day <br />of April,1992, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and <br />place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above <br />described street. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the <br />Council heard all objections to the proposed vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the <br />vacation and applied for the same. <br />Ordinance - 1 <br />
