NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section 1. The findings set forth above and the findings contained in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference are adopted. <br />Section 2. Based on the findings, the amendments to the Eugene-Spring- <br />field Metropolitan Area Transportation P1 an ~TransPlan~ set forth in Exhibit <br />B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby adopted. <br />Section 3. These TransPlan amendments shall become effective when iden- <br />tical amendments have been adopted by Lane County and the City of Spring- <br />field. <br />Section 4.
