ORDINANCE NO. k~, <br />AN ORDINANCE ADUPTIlVG AN A~vDMENT TU THE <br />WE5'T EUGENE WETLANDS SPECIAL AREA STUDY <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />A. The West Eugene Wetlands Special Area Study ~wEWSAS~ was amended and <br />adopted by the Council as a refinement of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area <br />General Plan for the area within the wEWSAS study area boundary by unanimous <br />adoption of Ordinance No. 19853 on May 20,1992. <br />B. WEwSAS was subsequently reviewed by the Lane County Board of Commis- <br />sioners at work session meetings on June 3 and June 24, and at public hearings on July <br />14 and. July 22. Based upon the testimony received and the discussion of the Commis <br />sioners, the Board approved the pion through adoption of ordinance PA 1019 by a 3-2 <br />vote and approved additional amendments to WEWSAS, as shown in Exhibit A hereto. <br />crow ~R~oxE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DUES ORDAIN AS FULLUWS: <br />Section 1. Based on the above findings, which are incorporated herein, the <br />amendments shown in Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby <br />adopted. <br />Section 2.
