ORDINANCE NO . ~ ~i ~'~ <br />AN aRDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS F4R SANITARY <br />SEWERS IN THE RIVER ROAD AREA F4R BASINS ~~A~~, <br />"B", AND ~~C»r AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />ATTACHED TO oRDINANCE Nv . 19 7 5 7 ; AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council Qf the City of Eugene finds that; <br />4n March 4, 1991, Ordinance No. 19757 was passed by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor, levying assessments against the <br />properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto as <br />Exhibit C for the construction of sanitary sewers in the River Road <br />area far Basins "A", "B", and "C" <br />A parcel of property in the name of Robert Clemens, located <br />2D97 Delta Street, Eugene, oregon 97404, identified as Tax Lot 17- <br />04-14-22-02229, Account No. 90-1202-0010, was included as specially <br />benefitted property in the local improvement district formed for <br />construction of sanitary sewers in the River Road area for Basins <br />r~Air ~ ~iBri ~ and "C" by Resolution No. 4180 adopted by the Council on <br />May 29, 1994. The property was not, however, included in the <br />Assessment Roll attached to ordinance No. 19757 because the <br />property was part of a bankruptcy proceeding. The property has now <br />been release from the bankruptcy proceeding and the assessment can <br />be levied, <br />The Assessment Roll attached as Exhibit "C" to Ordinance No, <br />19757 should be amended by adding thereto the assessment for Robert <br />Clemens, 2097 Delta Street, Eugene, Oregon 97404, Tax Lot 17-04-14- <br />22-02229, account number 901202-DO1D, in the amount $4,181.99. <br />
