Findings: <br />~) Transportation Policy 8.o encourages construction of additional transit amenities along <br />arterials in the Gateway Refinement Plan area, <br />SPRINGFIELD DEVELOPMENT CODE <br />~ ~~ ~ ii ~i i ni4i~i~ A~~ig~~~l~~~ <br />Section $.034 of the Springfield Development Code ~SDC~ contains the following three criteria for the <br />adoption of a refinement plan. The following findings demonstrate compliance of the Gateway <br />Refinement Plan with the relevant sections of the SDC. <br />Criterion 1: Demonstrated con#ormance with the Metro Plan. <br />a <br />Findings: <br />~ j The Gateway Refinement Plan conforms to the Metro Plan as demonstrated in the <br />findings under "Metro Plan" above. <br />Criterion Z: Demonstrated conformance with a licable State statutes. <br />Findings: <br />1 ~ No State statutes apply other than those addressed in the previous findings {primarily <br />CRS Chapter 197}. - <br />Criterion 3: Demonstrated conformance with a ficable Statewide Plannin Goals and <br />Administrative Rules. <br />Findings: <br />~ ~ The Metro Plan has been acknowledged by the Land Conservation and Development <br />Commission as complying with the Statewide Goals and Guidelines and Oregon <br />Administrative Rules. - <br />Z} The Gateway Refinement Plan is in conformance with the Metro Plan Isee preceding <br />findings, and is therefore in conformance with the Statewide Planning Goals and <br />Guidelines and Oregon Administrative Rules, <br />3~ Natural and historic resources inventoried as part of this refinement plan have been <br />evaluated and considered in a manner consistent with Statewide Planning Goa! 5 and <br />its corresponding Administrative Rule DAR 5fi0-~ fi. <br />14 <br />
