NGW, THEREFGRE, <br />THE CITY aF EUGENE D4E5 ORDAIN AS F~LLGWS: <br />Section 1. Based on the above findings and the findings attached as Exhibit A <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which are hereby adopted, and upon the <br />hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council, the River RoadlSanta Clara <br />Urban Facilities Plan is hereby amended as follows; <br />1.1 The land use diagram contained on page 2-3 of the Plan is amended <br />from industrial to low-density residential designation far Tax Lots 3400, 3401, 3500, <br />3600, 3700, 3701, 3800, and 3900, Assessor's Map 17-04-10-0 0; <br />1.2 Finding 2 on page 2-16 of the Plan which states: "Particular concerns <br />exist regarding commercial-industrial development in specific areas. These areas <br />include; ... ~d~ Irving Road light-medium industrial site." is deleted, and the <br />remaining three areas relettered accordingly; <br />1.3 The reference to this subarea identified as "Northwest Expressway <br />subarea" on page 2-33 of the Plan is deleted, and the following two subareas are <br />relettered accordingly; <br />l.4 The subarea map on page 2-23 of the Plan is amended by deleting <br />the reference to "j" "Irving Light-Medium Industrial" and the follawing two subareas <br />are relettered accordingly; and <br />1.5 The diagram reference to percentage of acres in light-medium <br />industrial use in the River RoadlSanta Clara area on page 2-13 is deleted and the <br />reference to percentage of acres in law-density residential use is amended to read <br />910. <br />Section 2. This amendment shall become effective upon adoption of a concurring <br />amendment by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. <br />Section 3.
