The withdrawals of the annexed territories from the Districts is consistent with <br />the fundamental principles and applicable policies of the Eugene-SpringlYeld <br />Metropolitan Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is in the <br />best interest of the City that the territories be withdrawn. <br />NGW THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO'~VS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of <br />Eugene an December 7, 1992 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Com~n.ission, as bounded and described as follows: <br />'I~x Lats SOUR and g0o1, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-2 4, located in the <br />River Road area of north Eugene, west of River ~ Road, south of <br />Hillcrest Drive, north of Hilliard Lane and more particularly described <br />an Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />~Sproat Trust, EC EU 92-52}. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks ~ <br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1993. <br />Section 2. The territory in Lane County, Gregan, annexed to the City of <br />Eugene an January 4, 1993 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission, as bounded and described as follows: <br />Tax Lot 61UU, Assessor's Map 17-04-24- 2 1, located in the central <br />eastern part of the River Road area of north Eugene, on the south side <br />of Loretta Street, east of River Raad, north of East Hilliard Avenue, <br />and south of Arbor Drive and more particularly described on Exh.~~it <br />B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Hannaford, <br />EC EU 93-02~. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Raad Water District and River Road Parks & <br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1993. <br />Section 3. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of <br />Eugene on August 4, 1992 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government <br />Boundary Commission, as bounded and described as follows: <br />Part of Tax Lot 502, Assessor's Map 17-04-1510, located in the River <br />Road area of north Eugene, immediately east of the Northwest <br />Expressway on the earth side of Bushnell Lane, west of River Raad, <br />and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and <br />ordinance - 2 <br />
