ORDINANCE NO.~~p~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FDR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1992, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1993; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget far the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the,year beginning July 1, 1992, and ending June 3o, 1993, as set forth <br />1n Sect~an 2 below, ~s hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
